Michael has significant Florida Municipal Law experience due to his prior employment as an Assistant City Attorney, and his current practice working with the City of Miramar and the Broward County Sheriff’s Department.

Ms. Acosta is our bilingual (English and Spanish speaker) senior title examiner.   As a licensed realtor and title examiner, Ms. Acosta is able to resolve complex title matters.  Her ability to problem-solve and go the extra mile is what makes her a shining star during the closing process. With her extensive experience as a closer, she will diligently serve your transaction, from contract to closing.   She is our South Florida District Manager and will be your primary point of contact for any closing procedures or coordination. 

Alicia’s life story begins in Westchester County, New York and she moved to Florida when she was relatively young. After high school, she attended Florida State University and obtained her undergraduate degree in English Literature. Subsequently, Alicia attended Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida where she concentrated her studies in Trial Advocacy. Alicia has worked in the real estate field representing associations and landlords in resolving various real estate matters. Now, she has expanded her practice to real estate transactions (closings).  She brings an enormous amount of talent, experience and knowledge to every real estate closing.  Whether you are a first time home buyer, an investor, lender or realtor, her expertise  will ensure you leave the closing armed with knowledge to help manage your real estate moving forward.
